COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING (CIT)
ENTERING GRADES 9 & 10

For teens entering grades 9 and 10, our full-day CIT programs offer the perfect blend of leadership training, hands-on experience, and fun. Teens can continue enjoying the magic of camp while helping to create amazing experiences for younger campers.

In CIT I/Etgar, teens split their time between learning camp counseling skills, participating in community service projects, and enjoying exciting trips. Teens can move on to CIT II/Gesher, where they deepen their skills in youth leadership, child development, and activity planning, all while gaining on-the-job training and enjoying several fun trips.

Grade 9 teens can choose between CIT I or Teen Travel Camp, while grade 10 teens may join CIT I or CIT II. Honorariums are awarded upon successful completion of the program.
